Completion of Workshop Marks a Major Milestone in Workforce Development and Leadership Training

Train the Trainer Workshop
GACC Pit Chapter

Investing in Leadership. Building the Future.

We proudly congratulate Veka’s dedicated trainers — Tyler, Andre, Brandon, Ben, Dale, Joseph, Cornell, Alonzo, Joe, and Saabar — on successfully completing the comprehensive workshop and earning the esteemed German Trainer Certificate.

Grounded in the principles of the German Apprenticeship Model, this in-person program empowers skilled professionals to become effective mentors and visionary leaders within their organizations. Through intensive sessions on communication strategies, motivational techniques, and the development of structured training plans, participants have acquired the essential tools to guide and support the next generation of talent.

This achievement reflects Veka’s continued investment in leadership excellence and workforce development. We look forward to the positive impact these trainers will have as they mentor apprentices and help shape a stronger, more skilled future.
