The GACC Pit Chapter Pre-Apprenticeship Program prepares students for a career in manufacturing and entry into registered apprenticeship programs through paid internships and industry-recognized certifications.

The “Train the Trainer” program prepares skilled workers to become practical mentors and leaders, following the model of the German apprenticeship system, in order to promote sustainable leadership skills in the workplace.
