Our Apprenticeship Program: Hands-On Learning and Career Development
Our apprenticeship programs combine practical experience with classroom learning to help you develop real skills. With over 6,000 hours of hands-on training in real-world environments and more than 600 hours of specialized technical instruction in the classroom, our programs set the standard for comprehensive skill development. We work closely with local community colleges, where apprentices take courses directly connected to their on-the-job training. As an apprentice, you earn a salary while gaining valuable experience, and companies benefit from skilled and reliable workers.
Our selection of six state-of-the-art apprenticeship programs is carefully designed to provide participants with a hands-on learning experience.
