Based on the German Apprenticeship Model, Train the Trainer develops skilled professionals into confident mentors and visionary leaders. The seminar uses the principles of the German workforce training system as a foundation for a structured mentoring approach that can be integrated into different areas of your work. Participants gain practical and lasting leadership skills that they can apply and share within their professional environment.
This unique leadership program is designed to strengthen mentoring and leadership skills across industries and job functions.
