At our 11th Annual Ice Gala, we were proud to announce our 2026 Apprentice of the Year, Noah DeMary!
Noah has shown exceptional enthusiasm and commitment to the apprenticeship program by continuously seeking new opportunities to expand his skills, including completing the GACC apprenticeship and immediately pursuing VEKA Inc.’s internal maintenance apprenticeship. His positive attitude, strong people skills, and broad experience across process technology, production operations, and maintenance make him an invaluable team member who consistently goes above and beyond to support others. Noah also represented VEKA Inc., the GACC, and the apprenticeship program at the PA Apprenticeship Summit, delivering a thoughtful and impactful presentation that highlighted his dedication and pride in the program.
