Our members understand and agree with the objectives of the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (GACC), which are to promote, develop, and expand bilateral trade, investment, and economic relations between the United States and Germany. Members grant the GACC permission to publish their membership data in the directory and other publications, including online.

Membership begins upon receipt of the signed application form and payment of the membership fee. It initially lasts for the remainder of the calendar year. The first month counts as a full month if membership starts before the 15th day of the month. The minimum term is four months. If joining after September 15th, the membership period extends to include the remainder of the current year as well as the following year.

Membership automatically renews for one year at a time unless canceled at least four weeks before the end of the year. The annual fee is due at the start and upon each renewal. For mid-year joiners, fees are prorated, with the first month counting as a full month. Credit card payments are automatically renewed unless a different card is specified.

Members acknowledge that photo, audio, and video recordings may be made at GACC events. They grant the GACC the right to use and publish these recordings, even without prior approval. Members waive any claims against the GACC regarding the use of these recordings. By registering, they also confirm acceptance of the privacy policy and the accuracy of the data provided.
